How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship all used and new RV parts within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery time varies based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping (Canada Post or UPS): Typically 2–7 business days within Canada, depending on distance from Kelowna, BC.

Large Used Items (e.g., fridges) in BC & Alberta: Delivered by local courier within a few business days.

New RV Parts (Canada & USA): Ship from the nearest warehouse, with tracking provided once dispatched.
For large, time-sensitive, or custom shipments, contact us for a tailored delivery estimate.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use several trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery of both new and used RV components:

Canada Post (primary carrier for most shipments)

UPS, Purolator, DHL for heavier or oversized items

Local courier service for large used appliances shipped within BC and Alberta
New parts may ship through any of the above carriers depending on warehouse location.
Local pickup in Kelowna, BC is available for used RV parts at no extra cost.

Large used items (such as RV refrigerators) are limited to BC and Alberta due to handling requirements.

How do I know if a part will fit my RV?
Fitment is essential for both new and used RV parts. Before purchasing:

How can I find a specific RV part?

Our used inventory changes frequently, and we often stock rare or discontinued OEM components.
Do you offer installation services?
We do not perform installations.
However, we can refer you to experienced mobile RV technicians in the Kelowna area.
For any major appliance or electrical component—new or used—we recommend professional installation for safety and performance.
Can I return my product?
Used RV Parts:

No returns, exchanges, or warranties due to the nature of pre-owned components.

All used parts are tested before sale.
New RV Parts:

Returns may be available depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

Do you buy used RV parts or RVs?
We do not purchase entire RVs.
However, we may buy individual RV parts, especially from sellers in the Kelowna area.
