How long will it take to get my order?
At UsedRVParts.ca, we aim to process and ship all orders—used and new RV parts—within a couple business days after your purchase. The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard shipping with Canada Post or UPS typically takes 2–7 business days depending on proximity to our location in Kelowna, BC.

  • For large used items (like fridges) shipped within BC and Alberta, we use a local courier service, usually delivering in a few business days.

  • All new RV parts ship  US & Canada-wide, and tracking info is provided once your order ships. They will be shipped from the nearest warehouse.

Contact us for custom delivery estimates on larger or time-sensitive orders.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily use Canada Post for shipping both new and used RV parts across Canada. For heavier or bulkier items, we also use UPS, Purolator and DHL.

  • For large used items (e.g., fridges), we work with a reliable local courier service within BC and Alberta.

  • New parts are available to ship nationwide and may use any of the above carriers based on size and location. 

  • Local pickup in Kelowna is available at no extra cost for used RV parts.

Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship new and used RV parts within Canada and the United States only.

  • Large used RV parts are limited to shipping within BC and Alberta due to handling requirements.

  • New RV parts can be shipped across Canada and the United States.

Ask us for a quote on any item, and we’ll help determine the best delivery method.

How do I know if the part will fit my RV?
Before ordering, be sure to:

  1. Measure Accurately – Measure the actual cutout space for your part, not just the frame.

  2. Review Descriptions – Each listing includes detailed specs for fitment.

  3. Ask Us – If unsure, contact us with your RV’s cutout dimensions and details.

This applies to both new and used parts—fitment is key to a successful installation.

How can I find a specific RV part?
Browse our online catalog of both new and used parts. If you don’t find what you need:

  • Send us exact part dimensions and a description.

  • Include product numbers if available.

  • Provide your contact info so we can follow up.

Our inventory changes regularly, and we’re happy to notify you when we get the part you need.

Do you offer installation services for RV parts?
We do not provide installation, but we can refer you to experienced mobile RV technicians in the Kelowna area.

Whether it’s a used appliance or a brand-new component, we recommend professional installation for safety and proper function.

Can I return my product?
Used parts: No returns, exchanges, or warranties due to their nature and prior use. All used items are tested before sale. 

New parts: Please refer to our Return Policy for applicable return options.

To avoid issues, check compatibility and contact us with questions before purchasing.

Do you buy RV parts or entire RVs?
We don’t purchase whole RVs, but we do consider buying individual parts—especially locally in Kelowna.

  • Email us clear photos and condition details of what you’d like to sell.

  • We'll let you know if it's a fit for our inventory.

Used or new, we’re always on the lookout for quality RV components.
