UsedRVParts.ca is committed to providing transparent, fair, and reliable purchasing terms for both new and used RV parts. Because many items are specialty or final-sale by industry standard, we maintain a clear and firm return policy. Please review all terms before placing your order.

1. Special Order Products – No Returns or Refunds

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Special orders

• Non-stocked items

• Obsolete or discontinued parts

• Custom-made or custom-requested items

• Batteries

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, the sale is final. Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.

2. Electronic Circuit Boards – Final Sale

All electronic circuit boards are final sale.

• No returns, regardless of installation status

• No refunds or exchanges

Electronic components are sensitive items that cannot be resold once shipped.

3. International Orders & Transit Times

• International shipments typically arrive within 2–7 business days from the time of payment.

• Buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. Duties and tariffs apply only to U.S. customers purchasing used RV parts. U.S. customers purchasing new RV parts do not incur duties or tariffs, as these items ship directly from U.S. warehouses. 
  

4. Returns for New Parts (Limited Eligibility)

Returns for new parts are accepted ONLY if all conditions below are met:

• Item is unused, in new condition, and contains original packaging, manuals, and all included components

• Item passes inspection upon return

• Return is requested within 14 days of delivery (industry standard)

Additional terms:

• 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Freight/LTL items are non-returnable, including:

  • RV refrigerators

  • Awnings

  • Air conditioners

  • Ovens/stoves

  • Oversized appliances

  • Oversized RV Parts

5. Generators – Non-Returnable if Fueled

New generators cannot be returned if any oil or gasoline has been added.
For warranty matters, customers must contact the generator manufacturer directly.

6. Used RV Parts – Strict No Return Policy (No Exceptions)

All used RV parts are sold under a strict “No Returns – No Refunds – No Exceptions” policy.

6.1 Sold “As-Is”

• Used parts are sold in their present condition

• All parts are tested, photographed, and verified before sale

• No warranties, guarantees, or exchanges are offered

6.2 Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying:

• Fitment

• Compatibility

• Model numbers

• Measurements

• Required specifications

6.3 Final Sale Conditions

Used parts cannot be returned for ANY reason, including:

• Incorrect fitment

• Buyer error

• Installation issues

• Accidental damage

• Misuse, modification, or improper handling

7. Shipping Damage – Claims Must Be Filed by Buyer

• All items are professionally packaged before shipping

• UsedRVParts.ca is not liable for damage caused during transit

• If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must file a damage claim directly with the carrier

• We will assist by providing photos, packaging details, or other requested documentation

8. Limitation of Liability

UsedRVParts.ca is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from product use

• Costs related to installation, removal, or diagnostic labor

9. Indemnification

By purchasing from UsedRVParts.ca, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its owners, and employees against any claims, disputes, or damages arising from:

• Installation

• Product usage

• Resale or modification of purchased items

10. Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
These terms apply to all online, in-store, phone, and special-order sales.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kelowna, BC
