All electronic circuit boards are final sale.
No returns, regardless of installation status
No refunds or exchanges
Electronic components are sensitive items that cannot be resold once shipped.
3. International Orders & Transit Times
International shipments typically arrive within 2–7 business days from the time of payment.
Buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. Duties and tariffs apply only to U.S. customers purchasing used RV parts. U.S. customers purchasing new RV parts do not incur duties or tariffs, as these items ship directly from U.S. warehouses.
4. Returns for New Parts (Limited Eligibility)
Returns for new parts are accepted ONLY if all conditions below are met:
Item is unused, in new condition, and contains original packaging, manuals, and all included components
Item passes inspection upon return
Return is requested within 14 days of delivery (industry standard)
