Tested and works as should on propane. Ran water through the unit and there is no apparent leaks .
Includes door , previous owner has configured a bolt that shuts the door.
Cut out dimensions ( not overall mounting frame ) : H 12.5" x W 12.5" x D 19"
If you trade in your broken rv hot water heater with all of its components I can discount purchase price.
